The group really enjoyed this enigmatic book.
 
We laughed so much that I had to get off my bike and walk home. The discussion was lively and lengthy, with many unanswered questions, which may well have been the point.
 
The book is a clear satire that brilliantly captures the irony of the former Soviet Union in the 1920s, yet remains strikingly relevant today.
 
We rated this book 4.5 out of 5, one of our highest scores.
