From the first page of this wonderfully constructed tale to the very last, I was hooked.

The author’s words evoked wonderfully clear pictures in my mind, and the suspense was maintained without becoming overwhelming or frightening. I would recommend this book to any reader. The characters were believable, and as a reader, I cared deeply about what happened to them. The reverence for books made it doubly rewarding.
